First and
Foremost we want to thank every racer, family,
manufacture vendor and spectator that attended
the 36thGNC International Motocross Final.
We were all treated to great
racing and as always at Oak Hill Raceway
a great
tradition of a good time by all. 51
Champions were crowned and will join the list of
great GNC Champions like Ricky Carmichael,
Ryan Villopoto, Kevin Windham, & more.

The Park opens for everyone at 7:00am
and will close at 11:00pm

11:00pm Post entry sign in 9:00am to 5:00pm also sign up for
the Industry Race (no charge). Riders Meeting 6:00pm.

CAMPING/PARKING FEES:
Camping or
Parking (non-hook-up) fees will be $105 (any vehicle being left
overnight including trailers).
All gate & parking fees must be
paid in full before entering the park. Cash
or credit card only at track. No personal checks will be
accepted.
No vehicle, car, truck, or
motor home will be allowed in the park or pit area without a
camping sticker.
All extra vehicles
not pulling a trailer fees are $30.00 OR can be parked in the
spectator area free of charge.
If you want to camp with friends, please meet them off
site and arrive together.

- The annual hookup for 2013 would be
for Jan - Dec 2013 any time an event is
scheduled at Oak Hill Raceway, even the
national.$750 for any site of your
choosing, some sites limited during the
National.
They have
electricity/water only no dump. During
the national there is a service that
will come through the park. You may sign
up for this service at the front gate.
We would need to
know the length of your rig.
Buy online any
credit card is fine. Credit card fees
will apply.
VET PROGRAM: The Vet Program will
be combined with the regular racing program
starting March 13th 2013.
Trophies
will
be awarded to the top ten.

Number Plates:
All motorcycles must have contrasting number plates.
Example: White
number plate backgrounds with Black numbers, Black number plate

BIKE
SAFETY:
No parts are
allowed to be taped or wired to the bike.
Kick stands must be
removed.
MECHANICS:
One mechanic per rider
in the staging area
Mechanic are those wearing gnc membership cards
Have your riders GNC card with you when you come to
staging
Please stay in designated mechanics area behind hay
bales for your own safety
All persons (racers, family members
& spectators) who enter the park
must purchase an armband before
entering.

Pit Riding:
ABSOLUTELY NO PIT RIDING, this includes 4 wheelers,
mopeds, cars, trucks, and street bikes.
Golf carts and mules are
only allowed with the purchase of a pass ($25).
This pass may be purchased at the Front
Gate.
All drivers of any golf cart or mule must be 18
YEARS OLD.
The Park reserves the right to impound the vehicle
or remove persons from the premises who violate this rule.

Minor's must have a
notarized release form if parent is not present
to practice or race. If the parent cannot come
to the track with their racer, they can assign
another adult as their guardian for the day (or
weekend).
This
form (or copies of this form) must be used for
EVERY Oak Hill Raceway Event that your under 18
child competes in if you will not be able to be
present.
If this MINOR RELEASE is printed off to
bring to the track is MUST BE IN COLOR.
The RED lettering is very important and will NOT
be taken if in black and white.
